earthly and universal energy circuit meditation
This meditation came on my path through 3 different teaches. Firstly, it was the beginning meditation on a Soul Reading training. After that, a mentor and sister Alixe, shared it during a Women’s Circle. Lastly, one of my meditation teachers Tijn Touber has taught in a meditation gathering as well. This is how powerful it is. Students from every tradition can feel its benefits.
It involved connecting with two energy circuits: Universal and Earthly. and bringing them together in your body and around you. This is a meditation to connect with Universal Source while at the same time, remaining grounded on the Earth.
