Speak up your voice. Listen. Your Throat Chakra is the center that allows you to express to the outer world about the experiences from your inner world. It allows you to share your truth, your inner wisdom and show your authenticity (in both verbal and non-verbal ways). This is also the chakra of listening. SIGN OUT LOUD

Sing it out loud! Get your earplugs ready or blaze your speaker with the soulful mantras. Close your eyes. Open your heart. Sing without caring how it sounds. Let go of judgments or beliefs, embrace your voice, love your sounds, open your throat.

I’m sharing here one of my favourite mantras to sing. It’s a simple text:

He yama yo wanna henne yo
He yama yo wanna henne yo
Wahi hi yayhana he he he yo wahi
he he he yo wahi

A short translation would be:

We are here now, we are everywhere, we are one.

A more elaborate translation would be:

I bow to you my brother / sister, because my hunger to know my roots, is deep and old.
I pray for our common ancestors, for the pain they shared and the wisdom they gave.
I bow to you and ask for forgiveness for any insult or disrespect, and I ask that the beauty of this offer be in no way diminished, and that instead our hearts and minds be opened by the same grace that allows us to be together here in this moment.
May we learn where we all came from and how we came to be here, and let us give thanks for being where we are, in the here and the now.

DARE

I invite you to share your truth. Simply share. It can to your beloved ones, friends, family, in a Whatsapp group or on social media. Share that truth that burns inside of your heart. The one that feels awkward to speak it out. Let go, open up, release.

Mantras

I hear with compassion. I dare to speak my truth with kindness and assertiveness.
